Home improvement projects are a luxury to most but to some a necessity – which is why a Sheffield family contacted Global Windows.
The family from Mosborough required their family home extending to give their daughter who needs around the clock care extra space in order to improve her quality of living. Their daughter who is 19 and has special needs now has a day room alongside a new treatment room thanks to a 12x4m extension designed and built by Global Windows.
The six week project included a complete build with plastering, electrical works, plumbing, new flooring and decoration alongside seven sets of French doors, an internal door and window which increased the family home by almost 20% but leaving them with enough garden to enjoy in the warmer months.
A family spokesperson explains:
