Quality French Door Replacement

My mum recently had French doors replaced by Global , she had front door and window done last year. Excellent service and quality product fitted by courteous , friendly and tidy workmen. Would always recommend.

New Window and Window Swap

Had Global swap an existing window for a new bi-fold door and install a completely new window in our dining room. As hoped, both have created a lot of addition light. I have used Global in the past and would use again in the future. Professional service provided from the office staff. They were the only business I spoke to that was aware of the new building control regulations that were introduced at the start of October last year and therefore acted as Principal Designer keeping the works compliant. The guys that completed the work were very respectful, polite and tidied up after themselves. Would recommend.

Excellent company to do business with. Old conservatory was looking tired and the roof was leaking. A new roof and new windows have made this room into an extension of the house. All the people who visited were professional, they kept to schedule and tidied up afterwards. Highly recommended.

After Care Service Second to None

Global’s after care service is second to none. After receiving a call from their Customer Service team, an appointment was arranged for an engineer to visit and all fix minor installation issues. Michael was very pleasant to deal with, and did a fantastic job. 😊👍

Lovely door. A few minor short comings with the installation, but nothing serious. Very nice company to deal with. Would defintely recommend.

New front and back doors look great and the quality is perfect. better paying the little bit more for solid wood doors and not foam filled.

Great Price and Superb Service

Had a new conservatory and windows fitted by Global Windows, was a great price and superb service and quality but there were a couple of minor snagging items that needed sorting and I have to say I was impressed with the quality of after-sales. It was so refreshing to get a workman turn up on time, be polite and professional and do a great job fixing the snags we had highlighted and then look round to see if he could spot anything else that could be improved – 5* service! 🙂

From start to finish, Global went above and beyond to execute our vision seamlessly. Every element of the design was discussed in great detail, and the result far exceeded what we had initially anticipated. Each member of staff; from the in-house design team to the workmen on-site were genuinely wonderful. Nothing was ever too much and their work ethic was incredibly admirable. Our property was kept tidy throughout the process, any snags resolved in a timely manner, and the schedule was adhered to meticulously.

Excellent Job Replacing Door

Global Windows made an excellent job of replacing a rear door and two adjacent windows. The staff in the premises, sales, surveyor and fitters were all very friendly and helpful throughout the process and were able to answer any questions we had. The door and windows look really good and we’re very pleased with them, and we think they’re very good value for money.

Wow Global… where do i start! Absolutely fantastic customer service from start through to completion. Our project was complex enough to involve multiple teams and each and every one of them went above and beyond and took the stress away. Global set the standard others should follow. Brilliant company from all we’ve dealt with, right through to the fitters, to the follow-up emails making sure everything was ok. Having used you before and after having work done to my property, I thought you the only obvious choice to return. Was a little worried as I’d had insulated render fitted and was concerned about the removal and refitting into the same size opening, and the damage it would cause. No worries, it seems. Each to their own trade as they say, and I’m glad they managed it and left me in no doubt, another great job done. Many thanks to you all. And see you in 15 years again?

After a fair few months of looking for a good window provider we can say we are one hundred percent happy with Global. They exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Excellent Service

My mum wanted to say thank you so much for the fantastic service Global windows have given her following her burglary. From start to finish they reassured her the replacement patio doors would be robust and fitted as quickly as possible to ensure the property was secured. On the day of fitting the fitters arrived promptly and installed the doors with no mess. The gentleman who organised this from Global (sorry she couldn’t remember his name) came out to check the doors and to see mum was happy with them brought her a beautiful bunch of flowers. Mum was over the moon. Thank you so much.

We decided to re-use this Company despite moving house and County. Global were helpful and very professional at all stages of the installation. We found all their staff friendly and knowledgeable. Dates given, returning phone calls etc. were all met. The price was very competitive, the quality of their products was excellent with a good range of colours and styles. The fitters were very hardworking, managed to get the work done in one day rather than the expected 2, mainly due to the fact they worked as a team, didn’t take breaks and clearly knew their job. Great company.

Replacement Windows And Door And Building A Orangery

From start to finish Global exceeded our expectations . Paul who designed the orangery listened to our ideas and has designed the most amazing space which all our neighbours have commented on . The project manager Jo was great visiting the site every few days and very responsive to calls and emails . The project ran to time ( completed in 6 weeks 2 days ) despite the need to build on a raft rather than strip footings. The windows are a huge improvement . Everyone who worked on this was polite punctual and tidy. I cannot recommend Global highly enough

Fitted New Windows And A Door.

Bought new windows (8 in total) and a door for front of house. Great service from the start and after fitting. Sales person understood our requirements, provided details of the product and answered our questions. The surveyor visited, explained what was required, how they would be fitted and that we would need scaffolding. The window fitters arrived as expected, were very professional, tidied p after themselves and completed it in 1 day rather than the scheduled 2 days. The windows and door look brilliant. More importantly there is less noise and it is warmer. Good price and would use again.

Changing A Door And Side Window

Called Global Windows to replace a door and side window in Upvc. Very efficient service and good price. I was kept well up to date on the progress of the work and the installation was carried out well in the timescale and to a very high standard. The two workmen were very courteous and professional and completed the job with minimal disruption and left the site clean and tidy. This is the first time I have used Global Windows and I would not hesitate to recommend them to other people and would definitely use them again should the need arise.

Three First Floor Windows Across The Front Of Our Detached House

The three windows were fitted to replace old, blown units. Mark (the fitter) was efficient, polite and skilled. The quality of the units and the workmanship was excellent and Mark cleaned up any mess he made, both inside and out. I was told by the surveyor that the old units would be recycled which is really good in the present climate. Recycle, Reuse, repurpose. There have been no issues since fitting but there is a comprehensive guarantee included, so we have peace of mind for years to come. Well done Global Windows, which I will also add are a local company!

New Patio Door.

Global replaced our old sliding patio doors. The result is a warmer room and an easily opening door. I was grateful that I was able to choose a date which was not changed. Everyone in the process was kind and helpful. It only took a couple of hours and my neighbours who oversaw the job for me said the workmen were efficient and everything was left clean and tidy. Very pleased with the result.

Conservatory Roof Replacement

From first to last this company is excellent. Fair price, work completed to a high standard and great communication throughout. Daily visits from the Project Manager. Pleasant and professional team throughout. Respectful of property, our home was left clean and tidy at the end of each day. Having work of this sort done was a big investment for us, but we felt confident that they were looking after us throughout. We gladly recommend them to anyone considering a conservatory roof replacement. And now that the roof is done, the conservatory is much warmer and quieter.

Putting A Solid Roof On Our Existing Conservatory And Plastering Inside

We have enjoyed our conservatory roof conversion since January. The workmanship was first class, both roof replacement and plastering. The management kept you informed every step of the way. Hindsight’s A Wonderful Thing!

Global have just replaced our French patio doors, and the difference is amazing. This sliding unit feels solid and substantial unlike the previous. Not the cheapest company in the book, but the attention to detail, product quality and the undoubted expertise of the two guys who did the installation make the extra few quid feel really well spent. I’ve a bit of a jaded outlook on the quality of current day customer satisfaction ethic, but would suggest that Global has given me hope. Great job.

Excellent Service

The job was to install a Guardian roof on an existing conservatory. The workers arrived on time and completed the installation in the agreed timeframe and on budget. We were kept informed of who would arrive and when and also of any changes to the original schedule. Final inspection was immediately after completion and any snagging details were completed the next day. A professional service from start to finish.

Supply And Fit Composite Stable Door

Removed existing wooden door. Supplied and fitted new Composite door to the utility room giving access to rear garden. The work was carried out in line with the quote on the day agreed in a clean professional manner, with all waste and old door removed by the fitter. An excellent job!
