Following the latest government announcement, as we move into a third national lockdown, we would like to reiterate our current operating procedures and the safety measures we have in place.
The safety of our staff, customers and suppliers is our top priority, which is why we have put the following safe course of action in place to limit our contact with customers and adhere to the government guidelines.
Global Windows COVID-19 Safe Operating Procedures
- The showroom is now OPEN
- Our remote quote system is in place for any sales related enquiries. (phone, email, Facetime, etc) We will not be conducting any face to face sales appointments until further notice.
- Installations can continue as long as government guidelines are adhered to. Thorough risk assessments and procedure training for all office staff and installers on how to safely work in people’s homes, and in the workplace, have been carried out.
- Every member of the Global Windows team has been given the relevant PPE for their roles. This includes items such as face shields, FFP2 masks, overshoes, gloves, goggles, high-vis jackets, anti-bacterial wipes and hand sanitiser. Also, all installers have been issued with portable toilets.
- Contact with customers will still be kept to an absolute minimum.
As we all adjust to the ‘new normal’ once again, we remain dedicated to helping our local community and we will make sure that no-one is forgotten. No face to face contact is needed, but we can still give you a quote via email, carry out surveys and conduct installations.
