Official PermissionsGLobal Conservatory example

For the majority of conservatories, planning permission is not necessary – but if planning permission is required, don’t worry. One of Global’s experienced surveyors will be able to advise you on what is involved and if you wish, can help you to arrange for planning permission with your local council.

Planning a Conservatory

Since all conservatories are made to order, you can have anything that is physically achievable. Discuss your requirements with one of our specialist designers and he may just open up possibilities you have never dreamed of.

However, we do recommend that before you start, you make a list of basic question and your requirements to make sure you get the right information. For example, what kind of after care is provided? Is the guarantee comprehensive enough and is it cast iron? How long is it for?

Careful thought and consideration in the early planning stages is the key to a happy future with a conservatory. And remember – adding a conservatory to your home can add seriously to its’ value. So make sure you contact Global to get the best service, the ultimate in quality and real value for money.

Prior to Installation

After initial discussions, our surveyor will visit your site to make sure everything you’ve chosen is possible and practical. They will check everything from drainage on site and size and style of conservatory, through to access for the delivery of materials.

Conservatory installation

By choosing Global to fit your conservatory, you can be assured of a hassle free installation that’s exciting to watch as your dream conservatory progresses day by day. Installation will be carried out by one of our own experienced teams who will operate to standards as set out by the Code of Practice developed by the Technical Committee of the British Plastic Federation Windows Group.
